But it seems that the key which unlocks ELS control Print screen , which my keyboard uses to toggle the lights, is unchangeable?

I hope this gets fixed so I can enjoy ELS in it's full, keyboard lit glory. No as they stated all of the current vehicles will need to be remade using the ELS system, or from scratch. BX bugs released one as well though so have fun. I would complete reinstall your mods folder as it seems to be causing crashing for people with car packs that are not ELS, we had the same problem with GTA IV in the beginning, so word from the wise just reinstall the mods folder.
