Unfortunately, just my luck, I searched every single one of them besides manualsMania which had a error and I could not find the service manual or data sheet for my product. Again, thank you so much for this great resource you provide but it seems like the super high price paid manual sites have the Monopoly on most of the manuals or data sheets. View solution in original post. What issues are you having? Passwords only exist on the preboot menu which you should not need and will exist on the machine for other areas if you or your administrator gave one. You should be able to scroll down to the administrator menu which is not password protected and then scroll down troubleshooting and be able to use whatever resources the printer has to do your evaluation.

If you are having firmware issues, just do a google search as you can update or reload the firmware from the preboot menu without the use of a password using the walkup usb function. Didn't find what you were looking for? Ask the community.
