You found this answer unhelpful. Our oceanfront 1 bedroom suite is a suite style room with a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and living area, oceanfront balcony, and two double beds in the bedroom.
One bedroom suites are available at all heights of the building, with per floor throughout the building. Any unit that is a 'suite' will have an ocean front balcony.
The 3 bedroom suites have 3 full bathrooms, and the 4 bedroom suites have 4 full bathrooms. We offer fantastic stays throughout the year, with a near private section of beach here in Myrtle Beach as we are the only property with about a mile of open space on either side of us. It's a great day at Island Vista every day. Any suites on the property that have a full kitchen will have an oceanfront balcony.
An ocean view room has a corner balcony facing to either the North or South of our building but is still unobstructed as there are no other resorts in close proximity of us. An ocean front room faces the ocean directly from the front of our building. Our beach isn't "private" but more pseudo-private, as we're grandfathered in to a residential neighborhood and don't have any properties neighboring us on either side.
Our pool is open, depending on the weather and the season, from 8am until 11pm from May through September, and 8ampm October through April.
Our 3 and 4 bedroom suites will have the jetted tubs in the master bathroom. All of our suites come with a fully furnished kitchen which should allow for cooking of any types of items here on the property. We have a designated smoking area with TV and chairs near the Tiki Hut on the ground level of our exterior parking garage.
Smoking is also permitted outside in the parking garages or out front with two benches and an urn. We have a full service restaurant that is available on the property with limited hours currently due to the coronavirus. In our suite style rooms you will have a TV in each of the bedrooms and in the living area.
We don't have any full size cribs available for rent, but do offer pack n' plays free of charge for your stay. Yes, all of our Suites will have a washer and dryer in the unit.
